Parvati Shallow, 25, was named the winner on Sunday’s finale of the CBS reality series “Survivor: Micronesia — Fans vs. Favorites.” The Indian River County native, who lives in Los Angeles, won $1 million over the course of 39 days on a South Pacific island.
