Fox is giving first-year drama “Fringe” a major boost by scheduling it behind the Tuesday night edition of “American Idol.” Not getting “Idol”-ized: Joss Whedon’s “Dollhouse,” which will air Fridays at 9 p.m. starting Feb. 13. Its lead-in will be “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles,” which is shifting from Mondays to Fridays.
